The Value of CCEM

Leading a chamber of commerce is dynamic, challenging, and incredibly impactful work. The Chamber of Commerce Executives of Missouri (CCEM) exists to support the professionals who do that work every day by providing connections, professional development, and resources that strengthen chambers across the state.

One of the greatest benefits of CCEM membership is the opportunity to connect with peers who understand the chamber profession. Members build meaningful relationships, share ideas, and collaborate on solutions that help their organizations grow and better serve their communities.

CCEM also provides professional development opportunities for every stage of a chamber career. From emerging professionals to seasoned executives, members gain access to valuable learning experiences designed to strengthen leadership, governance, revenue strategies, and organizational growth.

Learning opportunities come in both in person and virtual formats. Quarterly CCEM Chamber Chats offer convenient online discussions where members can share ideas and talk through timely topics with peers across Missouri. CCEM also hosts two major professional development events each year. Chamber Management Academy, held each August, is an immersive training experience covering key aspects of chamber leadership and operations. The CCEM Fall Conference, held in October during even years and November during odd years, brings members together for education, idea sharing, and networking.

CCEM membership also encourages mentorship, collaboration, and the sharing of ideas through programs like the CCEM Idea Program. Instead of facing challenges alone, members benefit from the collective experience of chamber professionals throughout the state.

Equally important, CCEM membership is affordable and designed to deliver strong value. By investing in CCEM, chambers are investing in their staff, their leadership, and their long term success.

Strong chambers build strong communities, and CCEM is proud to support the professionals who lead that work.
